8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ExamTree.ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of your use of our services.
Damage Cap
Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
